The PPF acts as a sacrificial barrier between the paint and what ever might be heading towards it. Be it stones causing chips or even a key scratching the side of the car. When the PPF becomes damaged we can remove the damaged film and refit a new piece. Which is much more cost and time effective than having to respray or repair damaged paintwork.
